Company’s transactions

During 2017 the Company had no transactions, recognized by the Federal Joint-Stock Companies’ Law as major transactions, and had two related-party transactions.

AO Upravlenie VOLS-VL – the Operator. The Subject: The Operator shall provide the Client with services and the Client shall accept the services and pay for them in a manner stated by the contract. The list of the services and additional rights and liabilities of the Parties shall be specified by additional agreements and order forms for services stipulated by relevant additional agreements. The Price: The price shall not exceed RUB 224,161,727.92, plus VAT. The term of the contract and service period: The Contract shall come into force since the signing by the Parties and be in force for 3 years. The service period shall be stipulated in additional agreements and/or order forms for services. Related parties, reasons for affiliation: Yulia Vitalyevna Yascheritsyna (she serves on the Boards of Directors of IDGC of Urals and Upravlenie VOLS-VL)
Vladimir Vladimirovich Sofyin (he serves on the Boards of Directors of IDGC of Urals and Upravlenie VOLS-VL).
